After myriad issues with other companies like inaccurate delivery estimation, no lift gate as requested and no phone call to coordinate delivery, I’ve become a micro-manager when it comes to freight arrangements. However, I’ve had nothing but good luck with Dillon Transport. From their forward-thinking emails reminding me of holidays to deliveries arriving when and as requested, I’ve been impressed. Any company that makes my job easier is fine by me!
